Welcome to our website and thank you for reading our “Bio’s”. I am the General Sales Manager for the store and take great pride in the fact that i have been a part of this team since 1998! I started out as a salesperson when we were based out of only 1 location on Shawano Lake. We still have that facility in operation; its our rental depart, on water service, accessory and gas fill stop.

I am very dedicated to the marine side of our business but my true passion is with the many awesome Powersport items that we sell at the store. I am a huge fan of off-road riding and racing, as well as motorcycle road-racing on the pavement. Stop in any time and say “hi” if ya wanna do any “bench racing!!”

Aaron Mendoza

Business Manager (Finance Consultant) “The Checkout Lane Guy”

I was born and raised in Chicago, IL and have been residing in Wisconsin since 2004. 2011 will be my fourth of many years to come with American Marine & Motorsports Super Center. They call me “The Checkout Lane Guy” being that my job and duties are to make sure that all of your paperwork is complete and accurate before you leave our store.

Growing up in Chicago I did not realize how much I was missing out on not having many lakes or rivers to go fishin on or just to enjoy a day out in a boat with my family and friends. I truly beliece that you have to be enjoying what you do and do what you love! One of the most pleasurable aspects of my job here is to see the happiness and excitement on our customers faces when they finally choose the item that they have been seeking since the day they decided to change their leisure lifestyle. We are here to make your dreams come true! My dream finally came true when our home we have been waiting for one year finally went through. We have been blessed and fortunate to have found something close to our store and on the channel that connects with Shawano Lake. The funny thing is that now i have to get a boat and i know exactly where to get a great deal . One of the best lessons i could have taught myself is to shop for a boat as a customer not as an employee. When i meet you for the first time i will know that the time you are spending with us here at American Marine is just as important to you as it will be the time that you will be spending with your family and friends enjoying your leisure item whether it would be a Boat, Pontoon, Fisher, ATV etc.

Manny Sparks

Sales Manager/Pro-Staff Manager “Sparky”

I started with American Marine & Motor Sports in May of 1997. I’ve been fishing and boating the majority of my life and tournament fishing since 1997. I moved up to Wisconsin to sell boats, fish tournaments and live on the water. Being involved in boating and fishing as long as i have helps when working with our sales department, parts department and most of all our customers!

Fishing tournaments and fishing for fun along with boating for pleasure on many Wisconsin lakes along with lakes in Michigan, Minnesota and Illinois helps me to relate with the many different boating needs of our customers. This keeps me up to date on not only the boat itself, but also the newest parts, accessories and cutting edge electronics available today! Helping to assure the boat buying experience here at American Marine & Motor Sports is smooth sailing from start to finish for you, the customer.

As far as service after the sale, I always let our customer know if they should experience any problems with their purchase they can call me anytime. I will always do my best to get any issue taken care of as fast as possible. Be it on the manufacture side, or something that may have occurred here at the store.

My father always told me that at the end of the day, all you have is your reputation. I take that advice with me to work everyday.

Jeremy Buenning

Sales Manager

I have been working with American Marine for nearly 12 years now. My start with the company was in the Sales Department, back in 1999. I had enjoyed working in sales previously, but soon fell in love with the enormous variety of products that are sold at the store. Soon, My passion for Sales and American Marine & Motorsports direction for the future guided me into working as a member of the management team in 2004. Since then i have been responsible for handling the company’s Dock/Lifts, Inboard Line and assisting with other Fiberglass Manufacturer lines. i also deal with many of the H.R. related duties involving the Sales Department.

I am also currently serving in the United States National Guard with the 1-426 RTI at Ft. McCoy, WI. I am a Sergeant First Class and working as an instructor at the Wisconsin Military Academy. I have served over 18 years in the military, with over 5 years active duty including 2 deployments overseas with the OIF/OEF.

I take great pride in all my work but when it comes to time off, you will probably find me on the golf course, unless there is snow on the ground! I also enjoy spending much time with family and friends out on the water and since summer and spring are the busiest months at work, it takes some excellent time management and creativity to accommodate all of this, including a few hours to spend on the motorcycle! At home i am happily married with 1 son.

Richard Yunk

Delivery Manager

Hello! My name is Richard Yunk and I am the Delivery Manager here at American Marine & Motorsports. I am here to ensure that each and every customer is pleased with their purchase today, tommorrow and for life. In my position, I have the privilege of interacting with every customer that comes through our doors. I will communicate with you throughout the purchase process to ensure that your experience here at American Marine & Motorsports is a joyous one that far exceeds your expectations. I have been a part of the American Marine & Motorsports family since 2006. Starting as a salesman, I was able to learn the powersports industry as well as all of our products inside and out. In my current position as Delivery Manager, I am responsible for scheduling all the deliveries and making sure your product is ready for you when you come to pick it up. I also enjoy going through and teaching the customers about the product they have purchased. I love being involved with our customers from the beginning of the purchase until the moment I am waving them off a satisfied and happy customer. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my children; Adrian and Adisyn. I mostly enjoy teaching them how to fish. Ice fishing with my father is my passion but I also enjoy boating and fishing in the summer with the whole family.

Being involved in the boating and powersports industry has been a great joy! It has enabled me to experience things I could never have imagined. I love to share these great adventures with my family and my customers. A purchase from American Marine & Motorsports means that we celebrate a new member of our family.
